Driver Rd Project
This new build was a tricky one, the position of the gate wasn’t the best for access to the site nor for road safety, we got it moved 10m down the road where the gate was easier to access from the road and you could drive straight into the garage.
We had to cut a bit out of the section for the foundations so to make a nice flat space for the house to fit on, space for the kids to run around up the top and the rest of the paddocks for riding dirt bikes and eventually some farm animals.
The design concept for the house was a rectangle farmhouse that stood out from the rest. This house looks amazing on the inside with some cool features that bring out the farmhouse feel, the outside is still a work in progress as landscaping takes a while when you are doing it yourself and lifestyle blocks take a lot longer.
The workshop garage is going behind the house and once this is complete we can start moving onto getting the driveway laid, entry step made and gardens put in.
