Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us on support@kaeinteriordesigns.co.nz to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a downloadable PDF form for you to fill out and address details for shipping the item back to us. Please securely repackage your item. We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Change of mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of arrival for a full refund, subject to our refund/exchange policy below:

  • New items sold and fulfilled by Kae Interior Designs online may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
  • Items are in pristine condition and do not show signs of wear, have no marks or damages
  • Determination of the condition of the products is at the discretion of Kae Interior Designs
  • Shipping return costs will be covered by the purchaser

Once your return has been received and reviewed, you will be informed via email the next steps for a refund.

Damaged/Faulty/Defective Goods

We will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand if the item is faulty. We can provide a return courier pack within New Zealand, please get in touch with us for more information or to arrange a return courier pack.

Sale Items

There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are strictly non-returnable.
